Status page

A page you can share showing the current reputation of the domains and IPs you choose.

What it is

A page outside the app, showing the reputation of assets you select. Anyone with the link can read it. They do not need a SenderSignal account and they cannot see anything you have not put on it.

Set it up under Reputation Monitor, then Status Page. It is on every plan; removing SenderSignal branding is the only part that is not.

Who it is for

  • Sending on behalf of clients. A link answers "is our email healthy" without a call or a screenshot, and it is current rather than as of whenever you last looked.
  • Being the email owner internally. Colleagues can check before asking, and it gives a shared reference during an incident.
  • Answering procurement or security questionnaires that ask how you monitor sending reputation.

What it shows

The current state of each asset you added: whether it is listed anywhere, its reputation, and recent changes. It reflects the same checks as your monitoring, so it is never a separate opinion that can disagree with what you see inside the app.

What it never shows

This is worth being precise about before you share a link.

  • Assets you did not add to it.
  • Anything about your account: plan, credits, invoices, team members.
  • Your alert channels or where notifications are sent.
  • Your placement test results or their content.
Decide what is publicA listing on the page is visible to anyone with the link, including while you are still fixing it. If a particular asset would be awkward to have public during an incident, leave it off. You can add and remove assets at any time.

Setting one up

It stays private until you publish it, so you can get it right before anybody sees it. What you choose:

  • The address. You pick the last part of the URL, and the screen tells you whether it is taken. This is what you will be sending people, so it is worth choosing a name you are happy to keep.
  • A title and a short description. Read by people who may not know what they are looking at, so say who you are.
  • Which assets appear. Only the ones you add.
  • Whether to show reputation, and whether to show uptime. Two separate switches, so you can publish one without the other.
  • How far back incidents go. A longer window is more honest and also more history to explain. Ninety days is the default.
  • Your logo, your colour, and a support link so the page looks like yours and gives a reader somewhere to go.

On the Enterprise plan you can also remove SenderSignal branding entirely.

Everything is editable after publishing, and removing an asset takes it off the page straight away.
