The agreement between you and SenderSignal (operated by Infoscience Labs) governing your use of the platform. Plain English where we can, lawyer-English where we have to.
Last updated: April 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Infoscience Labs (“Infoscience,” “we,” “us”) operating the SenderSignal service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
SenderSignal is a deliverability and reputation monitoring platform that probes public blocklists, reputation feeds, and DNS records to alert you when your email-sending infrastructure is at risk. The Service does not send, proxy, throttle, or otherwise interfere with your email traffic.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate billing information and notify us promptly of any changes.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle. Annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
Free plans are subject to fair-use limits and may be discontinued or rate-limited at our discretion to protect Service availability.
We target 99.99% monthly availability of the alerting pipeline. Enterprise customers receive a contractual SLA with credits if we miss our target. Detection latency targets (P50 8.3s, P99 30s) are measured across our edge fleet and are not guaranteed for any individual probe.
You retain ownership of all data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Service. We will treat your configuration, alert history, and usage data as confidential. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Slack, PagerDuty, Microsoft Teams, etc.) at your direction. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those third-party services.
Infoscience Labs retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, content, and trademarks. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the term of your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice (immediately for security or legal violations). Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days; after that we may delete it.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will detect every possible listing or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. While we operate at high reliability, you should not rely on the Service as the sole guard for your sending infrastructure in life-safety contexts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infoscience Labs and its affiliates against claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and notified to active customers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
