These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SenderSignal, operated by Info Science Labs Corp (“Company”). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

SenderSignal is a deliverability and reputation platform for email-sending teams. Depending on your plan, the Service includes:

Inbox Boost: automated warmup workflows that build sending reputation for domains you control and have authorized, including scheduled volume ramping and engagement generation.
Blacklist Monitoring: scheduled checks of your domains, subdomains and sending IPs against 45+ blacklist and reputation sources, with a 0-100 reputation score, alerts, reports and status pages.
Inbox Intelligence: inbox placement testing across seed mailboxes, and content analysis of the delivered copy of messages you send to those seeds.
Guided DNS setup: record generation and verification guidance for SPF, DKIM, DMARC and related records on domains you control.

SenderSignal is a monitoring and deliverability platform. It is not a general-purpose SMTP relay. Warmup and sending features run only when you enable them and only for infrastructure you authorize.

2. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not share workspace access with unauthorized parties.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SenderSignal to:

Monitor domains or IPs you do not own or have authorization to monitor.
Send or facilitate spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent content.
Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable email regulations.
Use purchased or harvested email lists.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Probe, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
Resell or sublicense the Service without written agreement.
Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent them.

4. Plans, fees, and billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

5. Service level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring results depend on third-party blocklists, DNS providers, and public data sources outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

SenderSignal, its logo, and related materials are the property of Info Science Labs Corp. You retain ownership of your data and configuration.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Info Science Labs Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue from deliverability changes or missed monitoring alerts.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period. Monthly plans remain active until the end of the paid month, and annual plans until the end of the paid year. Plan credits, including placement test credits and Inbox Boost capacity, do not carry over past the billing period in which they were issued and are not redeemable for cash.

If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will review the account individually.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. Deliverability depends on the independent decisions of mailbox providers and third-party blocklist operators, which we do not control. We do not warrant that use of Inbox Boost, monitoring or placement testing will result in any particular inbox placement, reputation score or commercial outcome. Reputation scores, placement results and content analysis are informational and should not be treated as guarantees.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, including claims relating to mail you send, lists you upload, or infrastructure you connect without authorization.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in-product before they take effect, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
