SenderSignal product overview
Everything you need to protect sending reputation, fix authentication gaps, and grow deliverability in one workspace.
SenderSignal is built for email teams who send at scale and cannot afford silent reputation damage. You add domains and IPs once, and the platform continuously watches DNS blacklists, probes mail infrastructure, surfaces Google sender signals, and notifies your team before problems become outages.
What you can do
How the platform is organized
SenderSignal groups features into two areas you will see in the sidebar after you sign in:
- Reputation Shield covers Monitor (assets, blacklists, deliverability, sender reputation), Alerts, Reports, and Status pages.
- Reputation Builder covers Inbox Intelligence (placement tests) and Inbox Boost (DNS setup + warmup).
Typical first-day workflow
- Sign in and open Monitor. Add your sending domains and any dedicated IPs.
- Wait for the first blacklist scan (starts automatically). Review the asset overview and History tab.
- Open an asset → Deliverability → enable monitoring if your plan includes it.
- Complete Sender reputation one-time Google Postmaster linking for Gmail visibility.
- Configure Alerts so listing or score changes reach the right people.
- Optional: run an Inbox Intelligence placement test or start Inbox Boost warmup on a new domain.
Plans and limits
Your subscription controls how many assets you can monitor, how often checks run, which blacklist vendors are included, whether deliverability and Google Postmaster are available, and alert channel limits. Org admins can see current usage under Settings → Usage.
Monitor intervals, vendor tiers, and feature flags always respect your plan minimums. You cannot schedule checks more frequently than your tier allows.
