SenderSignal product overview

Everything you need to build sending reputation, protect it, and prove your mail lands, in one workspace.

SenderSignal is built for email teams who send at scale and cannot afford silent reputation damage. Inbox Boost earns sending history for a new or cold domain, monitoring watches 45+ blacklist and reputation sources so the history you build is not undone by a listing, and inbox placement testing tells you which folder your mail actually reached. You add domains and IPs once, and the platform notifies your team before problems become outages.

How the platform is organized

The sidebar has four groups, and knowing which one owns a job saves most of the hunting:

  • Reputation Monitor watches what already exists. Monitor, Alerts, Reports and your Status Page.
  • Inbox Intelligence tests where your mail actually lands, and why.
  • Reputation Builder earns sending history for a domain. Inbox Boost and DNS Setup.
  • Account is the workspace itself. Team, Roles & Permissions, Billing, Audit log and Settings.

Typical first-day workflow

  1. Sign in and open Monitor. Add your sending domains and any dedicated IPs. The first scan across all 45+ sources starts on its own, no trigger needed.
  2. Review the asset overview and History tab once that first scan lands.
  3. If the domain is new, or mail has never reliably landed, start Inbox Boost. Adding the domain is the whole setup: a dedicated sending server is provisioned for it and SPF, DKIM and return-path are generated, then published into your DNS for you if your registrar is connected.
  4. Open an asset → Deliverability → enable monitoring if your plan includes it.
  5. Configure Alerts so listings and score changes reach the right people. Do this before you need it.
  6. Run an Inbox Intelligence placement test to see which folder your mail actually reached. Around day 14 of a ramp is the useful moment.
  7. Complete the one-time Sender reputation Google Postmaster linking for Gmail visibility.

Plans and limits

Your subscription controls how many assets you can monitor, how often they are checked, which blacklist vendors are included, whether deliverability and Google Postmaster are available, how many people can use the workspace, and how many placement tests you get each month. Current counts against those ceilings are on the Settings screen, under Usage.

Limits are enforced rather than advisory: you cannot schedule checks more often than your tier allows, and the control stops at the minimum rather than accepting a value that would then be ignored. Plan and billing covers what happens when you reach a ceiling or move plan.
