How is my workspace isolated from other customers?
Each workspace runs in its own dedicated PostgreSQL schema, provisioned automatically at signup, real database-level isolation, not just row filtering. Your monitoring data, alerts and history never share tables with another tenant.
Can one person belong to several workspaces?
Yes. A single login can belong to many workspaces, an agency operator or consultant switches between clients instantly, and each workspace grants its own roles.
How granular are the roles?
Four system roles ship out of the box, Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer, and you can build custom roles from a per-module permission tree (monitoring, alerts, reports, Inbox Boost, billing, team). Sensitive permissions like billing and role management stay with owners by default.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes, every workspace change is logged with who did it, what changed, when, and from which IP. Membership changes carry their own audit records too.
What protects my account itself?
Signup is verified with an email one-time code and captcha; sessions use short-lived rotating tokens; stored credentials (like SMTP or DNS provider secrets) are encrypted at rest; and you can cap concurrent sessions per user. We stay honest here: login-time 2FA is not yet available.
