Is the free tier really free?
Yes. Two monitored domains against 45+ blacklist and reputation sources, email alerts, and two inbox placement credits a month, free forever with no credit card. Paid plans add scale and speed, not the basics.
What changes between plans?
Higher tiers add more monitored assets and team seats, faster recheck cadence (down to every minute), premium blacklist feeds such as Spamhaus DQS, Slack and webhook alerting, deliverability monitoring, white-label reports, public status pages and Inbox Boost capacity.
Is Inbox Boost included, or priced separately?
It is part of the platform, and what scales by plan is capacity: how many domains you can ramp at once. Extra Inbox Boost slots are also available à la carte, so you can add one more warming domain without moving up a full tier.
What are placement credits, and how many do I need?
One credit runs one inbox placement test against the full seed list, and content analysis on the delivered copy is included in that credit rather than billed separately. Free includes two a month, which is enough to check a template before and after a fix. Teams sending campaigns weekly usually want a paid tier.
How does billing work in India?
Prices are shown and billed in INR via Razorpay for customers in India, and in USD via Stripe everywhere else. The currency is picked automatically from your region at signup.
Can I buy extra capacity without upgrading plans?
Yes, extra monitored assets and Inbox Boost slots are available à la carte with volume discounts, so you can scale one dimension without paying for the next full tier.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?
Nothing is deleted behind your back. Assets over the limit pause with a 7-day grace window, and you choose whether to upgrade, buy extra capacity or drop assets.
Do you offer a trial of the paid features?
New workspaces start with a 30-day trial that includes deliverability monitoring, so you can evaluate the full engine before paying.
