For ESPs & high-volume platforms

One listed IP in the pool taints every send behind it.

When you send at fleet scale, a single quiet listing does damage by the hour. SenderSignal watches every IP and domain across 48 sources, premium feeds included, at up to 15-minute resolution, and routes incidents by pool into your own tooling.

The high-volume playbook

Fleet-scale monitoring, incident-grade plumbing.

Every IP is a first-class asset

PTR and forward-confirmed reverse DNS checks plus IP-level blacklist coverage per address, alongside your domains and subdomains. Bulk import the whole fleet, every asset gets its initial full scan immediately and its own score and history.

Premium feeds where it counts

Public zones are table stakes. Paid tiers add premium feeds like Spamhaus DQS and Validity, the sources that matter at scale, with per-plan vendor sets across all 48 blacklist and reputation sources.

15-minute cadence on the top tier

Recheck frequency scales from daily up to every 15 minutes by plan. At millions of sends a day, a listing found within the quarter hour is an incident; one found tomorrow is a customer-facing outage.

Route incidents by pool

Alert rules and routing send transactional-pool events to one HMAC-SHA256-signed webhook endpoint and promo-pool events to another, with cooldowns, delivery history and test-send, so your internal tooling stays the single pane of glass.

  • Multi-workspace with schema-per-tenant isolation, one workspace per product line, one login
  • RBAC with custom roles so platform, deliverability and support teams see exactly what they should
  • Audit log of every change, who muted which alert rule, and when
  • Business covers 100 domains, with extra assets à la carte as the fleet grows

Questions

High-volume questions, answered.

What do you actually check per sending IP?
PTR and forward-confirmed reverse DNS, plus IP-level listings across our 48 blacklist and reputation sources, including Spamhaus ZEN, Barracuda, SpamCop and SORBS, with API-based sources like Cisco Talos and IPQualityScore. Each IP carries its own 0-100 score and trend history.
Daily rechecks are useless at our volume. How fast can you go?
Scheduled recheck cadence scales by plan, from daily up to every 15 minutes on the top tier. At fleet scale that is the difference between finding a listing after millions of sends and finding it within the quarter hour. Manual rescans are always available on top.
Which premium data feeds are included?
Paid tiers add premium feeds such as Spamhaus DQS and Validity on top of the public zones, with per-plan vendor sets. At high volume, the paid feeds are usually where the earliest and most consequential signals show up.
Can we route incidents by IP pool into our own tooling?
Yes, HMAC-SHA256-signed webhooks are live, with roughly 60 event types, alert rules and routing, cooldowns, delivery history and test-send. Point transactional-pool events at one endpoint and promo-pool events at another. Email and Slack are live too; PagerDuty, Teams and Discord are rolling out.
We run separate teams per product line. How does access work?
Isolated workspaces with schema-per-tenant separation, one login across all of them, and RBAC with four built-in roles plus custom roles from a per-module permission tree. Every change is captured in the audit log, and concurrent-session limits are enforced.
