What Inbox Boost changes

Same ten emails. Two very different days.

Mailbox providers filter mail from a domain they have no history with. Inbox Boost builds that history, so the filters stop guessing and start trusting. You add the domain; the sending server and the DNS are ours to set up.

Without Inbox Boost, the same ten emails land 2 in Primary and 8 in Spam. With Inbox Boost, all 10 reach Primary and 0 go to Spam. The emails are identical; the only difference is the sending reputation of the domain.

All ten delivered. Nothing changed but the trust.

Illustrative, but this is genuinely how filtering works: until a domain earns reputation, the filters win. 45+ sources watched, 15 min rechecks, 6 providers tested.

You add a domain. We do everything else.

Every other warmup tool hands you a page of DNS records to paste and an SMTP form to fill in. SenderSignal provisions the sending server, generates the authentication, and writes the records into your DNS itself.

How Inbox Boost works

Four things happen. You do none of them.

Once the domain is provisioned and its DNS is live, the ramp builds volume, earns engagement, watches your reputation and brakes on its own if anything looks wrong.

Sending 5,000 emails from a domain with no history is what gets you filtered. Inbox Boost starts small and increases the daily volume on a schedule, so every day looks like a slightly busier version of a sender the provider already knows.

  • A schedule per domain, not one global setting
  • Volume rises only when the previous days held up
  • Runs unattended once it is switched on

Switch it on once per domain. There is no daily checklist, no manual volume stepping and nothing to remember.

New

You know it went to spam. Now find out why.

A folder name tells you there is a problem. Content analysis takes the delivered copy apart and scores what is working against you, so you know whether to fix your reputation, your DNS records, or just your subject line.

Content scoreExample report72/100

Deterministic rules Around 105 rules over subject, wording, HTML, links, images, headers and rendering. Heaviest weight, because these are the findings you can act on today.

What the report gives you

  • One composite score out of 100, plus the full breakdown
  • A plain verdict, not just a number
  • Prioritized fixes, in the order worth doing them
  • Specific rewording where the language is the problem
  • Link and unsubscribe checks, including one-click support

It runs with every placement test. Nothing extra to set up, and if no seed inbox receives the message the report says so rather than guessing.

Everything here is checkable.

We would rather you verify the product than take our word for it. Every number on this page comes from what SenderSignal actually does, and the free scan runs the real engine against your own domain with no signup.

45+sources, named

The full blacklist and reputation list is on this page. Run the free scan and you get every one of them back, individually, with its answer.

5weighted content checks

Delivery path, authentication, about 105 deterministic rules, an Rspamd pass and an AI review. Every weight is published, and you see each score, not just the total.

6providers per test

Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, Zoho and AOL. Real seed inboxes, and the actual folder each one filed your message in.

60alert event types

Not one generic "something changed" webhook. Sixty distinct events you can subscribe to individually, routed where your team already works.

1minute rechecks

The fastest scheduled cadence a plan allows, so a listing is caught inside the minute rather than found out about after a campaign has already gone.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Don't see your question? Email us.

What does SenderSignal actually do?
Three jobs, one product. Inbox Boost builds sending reputation on a new or cold domain through an automated 28-day ramp. Blacklist monitoring watches 45+ blacklist and reputation sources and tells you the moment one of them turns against you. Inbox intelligence tests where your mail actually lands across real seed inboxes and scores the content that got it there. Reputation built, reputation protected, and proof it is working.
What is Inbox Boost, and do I have to run it manually?
You add a domain. That is the whole setup. SenderSignal provisions a dedicated sending server for it, generates the SPF, DKIM and return-path records, and publishes them into your DNS for you if your registrar is connected. Then the ramp runs for 28 days on its own, increasing volume only when the previous days held up, with bounce guard pausing it against a 2% threshold if anything goes wrong. There is no SMTP host to configure, no ESP to connect and no daily checklist.
How long before a new domain is ready to send properly?
Plan for 28 days, which is the length of the ramp. Authentication is not something you have to sort out first: SenderSignal generates SPF, DKIM and return-path for the domain and writes them for you, merging into any SPF record you already have rather than replacing it. Around day 14 run a placement test to confirm the reputation you are building is showing up as inbox placement rather than Promotions.
What do I actually have to set up?
A domain name. SenderSignal registers it on its own sending infrastructure, generates the DKIM keypair, works out the SPF include and return-path, and then either publishes all of it into your DNS through a connected Cloudflare, Name.com, GoDaddy or Dynadot account, or hands you the exact records for any other registrar. It only ever writes the records it owns, tracked by your provider's own record ids, so nothing else in your zone is touched. Most competing warm-up tools stop at giving you a list of records to paste and an SMTP form to fill in.
Can I see where my email actually lands, not just that it was accepted?
Yes, that is what inbox placement testing is for. You send to a seed list covering Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, Zoho and AOL, and the result reports the real folder per provider: Inbox, Promotions, Updates, Social, Spam or Missing. Content analysis then runs automatically on the delivered copy and scores it out of 100, so you get the specific lines working against you rather than a verdict.
How fast do you detect a new blacklist listing?
The first scan across all 45+ sources runs the moment you add an asset. Scheduled rechecks then run on your plan cadence: every 30 minutes on Free, 60 on Starter, 15 on Professional, and as fast as every minute on Business and Enterprise. You can trigger a manual re-scan at any time on any plan.
What happens when I get listed?
Three things, immediately: alerts fire to your configured channels, which are email, Slack and signed webhooks; a guided delisting walkthrough opens with that specific provider’s removal form and requirements; and monitoring rechecks afterwards so the delisting is confirmed rather than assumed.
Will you slow down my email sending?
No. Monitoring only observes public reputation feeds, DNS blocklists and your DNS authentication records, and never touches your sending infrastructure. Inbox Boost does send real mail, from a dedicated sending server we provision for your domain, authenticated as you with your own DKIM key, so the reputation it builds is your domain's and not ours.
Do I need to install anything?
No agents and no MTA configuration. Add your domain or sending IP in the dashboard and monitoring starts right away. The only optional integration is a webhook, if you want alerts piped into your own stack.
How does pricing work for agencies?
The Business plan covers 100 domains across unlimited client workspaces, with white-label PDF reports and a branded public status page. For larger agencies, Enterprise offers custom limits and a dedicated point of contact.

The next listing won't be a surprise.
