Monitor

History & activity

Every scan leaves a trail. Use History to prove due diligence, debug sudden score changes, and correlate alerts with real events.

Asset History tab

Open any asset and select History. You will see a chronological feed of meaningful events, including:

  • Blacklist listing and delisting events (which vendor, when)
  • Deliverability scan completions and score changes
  • Google Postmaster sync results when sender reputation is linked
  • Manual rescans triggered by your team
  • Monitor paused/resumed and configuration changes where logged

Click an event for detail: vendor response, previous vs current state, and links to the relevant tab (Blacklists, Deliverability, etc.).

Blacklists tab timeline

The Blacklists tab shows the latest scan snapshot: every vendor in your plan, listed or clean, with response time and delisting links where vendors publish them. Compare runs over time via History when you need to show a listing was transient.

Deliverability history

On the Deliverability tab, expand prior check results to see historical MX, SMTP, authentication, and transport readings. Export is available on supported plans for compliance archives.

Workspace Reports

The Reports module (Reputation Shield) aggregates trends across assets (listing counts, average scores, alert volume) for leadership summaries.

Why History matters for alerts

Alerts fire on change (newly listed, newly delisted, score drop). History is the source of truth when someone asks “was it ever listed before?” or “when did DMARC start failing?”
