Settings
Three tabs: Profile, Security and Integrations. Two kinds of setting live here, and it is worth knowing which is which before you change one.
Yours or everyone's
Some settings affect only you. Others affect the whole workspace and everyone in it. They sit on the same screen, so the distinction matters.

Which of these you can see depends on your role. Someone without settings access sees their own profile and password and nothing else, which is the intended behaviour rather than a fault. See team and roles.
Profile
Your full name is what colleagues see beside your actions in the audit log, so a real name is more useful there than an initial. Your work email is the address you sign in with.
Organisation
The organisation name appears in the app, on reports and on your status page. If you send on behalf of clients, this is the name they will read, so set it to the one you want them to see.
Your current plan is shown here too, alongside the name.
Usage against your plan
Current counts next to the ceiling each one is measured against, so you can see how much room is left before something stops rather than finding out when it does. What the ceilings are and how to raise them is in plan and billing.
Default check interval
How often a newly added asset is checked. Two things about it surprise people:
- It does not touch assets you already have. Changing it here changes the starting point for the next asset you add. To change assets already being monitored, use monitor rules.
- It cannot go below your plan minimum. The slider stops there rather than accepting a value that would then be quietly ignored.
Security
Resetting your password sends a link to your own email address rather than setting a new password on the spot. That is deliberate: it means nobody who has your open laptop, and nobody at SenderSignal, can change your password without access to your mailbox.
Integrations
Where you connect Google Postmaster Tools so Gmail's own view of your sending appears inside SenderSignal. It is a one-time connection per workspace, and sender reputation covers what it adds and what Google will and will not report.
Settings that live elsewhere
Not everything configurable is on this screen, and looking in the wrong place is a common detour:
- Which events notify you, and where they go. Alert channels and alert rules, in the Alert Center.
- How often one particular asset is checked. Monitor rules.
- Who is in the workspace and what they can do. Team and roles.
- Your plan, payment method and invoices. Plan and billing.
