HubSpot sends the email. Your domain still has to earn the inbox.
HubSpot connects and authenticates your own sending domain and, on its dedicated IP add-on, warms the IP for you. A domain that has never sent email is a separate job, and HubSpot’s own guidance says to warm it as well. Keep your emails and sequences exactly where they are. Add the domain here and we build its reputation while HubSpot keeps sending.
Keep sending from HubSpot. Warm the domain here.
Connect your sending domain in HubSpot
Until you do, HubSpot rewrites the From address on marketing email to a HubSpot-managed domain, so recipients do not see yours. Connecting takes two DKIM CNAME records, HubSpot’s include added to your existing SPF record, and a DMARC record.
Know what HubSpot warms, and what it does not
With the dedicated IP add-on, HubSpot warms the IP automatically, gradually moving traffic over from its shared IPs. That warmup is for the IP. HubSpot says a sending domain that has never sent email should be warmed as well, and on shared IPs there is no warmup feature at all.
Add your brand domain to Inbox Boost
Use the domain in your From address, yourbrand.com. Any sending subdomain HubSpot sets up for you stays with HubSpot. We set up what it needs and build its sender reputation. Nothing to connect to HubSpot: no API key, no app, no change to your portal.
Keep every email and sequence running in HubSpot
Newsletters, workflow emails, and the sequences your reps send through their connected Gmail or Outlook inboxes: all of it stays as it is. Mailbox providers score the domain in your From address, so the reputation built here counts for every HubSpot send from yourbrand.com.
Check where HubSpot mail lands
Inbox placement tests show whether your emails reach Primary, Promotions or Spam across the major mailbox providers, and blacklist monitoring keeps watching the domain once it is warm.
- Nothing to connect: no HubSpot API key, app or integration
- Nothing to change: workflows, lists, sequences and templates stay exactly as they are
- Shared or dedicated IP: it works either way, because the reputation belongs to the domain
- Watched after warmup: blacklist and authentication monitoring on your brand domain

Does Inbox Boost connect to my HubSpot account?
HubSpot already warms dedicated IPs. Why warm the domain too?
I am on HubSpot’s shared IPs. Does this still help?
What about sequences sent from my reps’ inboxes?
Can I see whether it is working?
