Instantly runs the sequences. Your domain still has to earn the inbox.
Instantly sends through the Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or IMAP and SMTP mailboxes you connect, and warms each one inside its warmup pool. The domain those mailboxes share carries a reputation of its own. Keep every campaign where it is. Add the domain here and we build its reputation while Instantly keeps sending.
Keep sending from Instantly. Warm the domain here.
Connect and authenticate your mailboxes
Instantly sends through the accounts you connect, and every account needs IMAP as well as SMTP. SPF and DKIM come from your mailbox provider, not from Instantly, and Instantly tells you to confirm MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC with Test Domain Setup before warmup and campaigns.
Know what Instantly’s warmup measures
Warmup adds each account to a pool of other Instantly users with warmup enabled, where warmup emails are sent, opened and replied to. The health score counts where those warmup emails land, not where your campaign emails land, and missing DNS records can get warmup switched off for that account.
Add your sending domain to Inbox Boost
Add the domain your mailboxes send as, the one in your From address, such as outreach.yourbrand.com, and we build its sender reputation for you, alongside whatever warmup you run in Instantly. Nothing to connect: no API key, no app, no mailbox sign-in, no change to your Instantly account.
Keep every campaign running in Instantly
Sequences, follow-ups and every connected account stay in Instantly, at the volume Instantly recommends, about 30 campaign emails per account per day. Mailbox providers score the domain in your From address, so the reputation built here counts for every mailbox sending as outreach.yourbrand.com.
Check where Instantly mail lands
Inbox placement tests show whether your campaign emails reach Primary, Promotions or Spam across the major mailbox providers, which the warmup health score does not tell you. Blacklist monitoring keeps watching the domain once it is warm.
- Nothing to connect: no Instantly API key, app, integration or mailbox sign-in
- Nothing to change: campaigns, accounts and warmup settings stay exactly as they are
- Every mailbox on the domain: the reputation belongs to the domain, so it counts for each account sending from it
- Watched after warmup: blacklist and authentication monitoring on your sending domain
